Excise return er-1
Dear sir please clarify, we are manufacturing exempted goods and having domestic sales and export, in ER-1 return the export of exempted goods where we have to declare whether we can show under exempted or export?

Dear Mr. V. Marimuthu,
I suugest you to disclose export of exempted goods against the column "Export" (either under Bond or LUT, as the case may be).
Goods for home consumption are exempted or made ZERO rate, by virtue of some exemption does not mean that Export is also exempted,
refer the Tariff, for your goods with Sub Heading , to ascertain the applicability of LUT/Bond for export
