Excise registration if an assessee a job worker

Dear Sir/Madam

If a company doing Job Work and its Turnover exceed 1.5 Cr. So in this case, They would be liable for Excise Registration? and what will be the procedure, because they do not Purchase any raw material and not produce any Finish Goods.(The actual work is receive material on challan from the party and send the material on challan on job work.
