Excise / intimate/ premisies

Dear sir

We are establis under the excise registration , and pay excise duty , we are haveing one premises but it is not under the juridictiony of central excise and we have decided to sold out , let me calrify that shall we intimate to excise department or vat deparment , it is not  registor under the vat / excise /service tax
