Excise duty rate on chapter 8414

Dear All,

            Happy New Year.

I want to know that from Jan 2015 what excise duty rate is applicable 10% or 12%?

Earliyer in budget 2014-15, we are claiming 10% but it is written in that budget this 10% rate applicable till 31.12.2014. 

So please guide me.

Please tell me  updated notification no. of excise duty rate from 10% to 12%.
