DEAR EXPERT,

WE ARE MANUFACTURER AND WANT TO TRADING SALE AGAINST CT-1 THROUGH FACTORY STUFFING FROM SUPPLIER FACTORY. CAN WE DO IT. PL ADVICE.

THANKS

when u have CT-1 in favor of manufacturer, then you are deemed ?merchant exporter" and you can do stuffing at manufacturing factory, under range officer supervision of factory of manufacture.

here your status of "manufacturer" is irrelevant, as you are not manufacturer of trading goods.

IS IT ANY CONDITION TO FULL FILL OF CUSTOM DEPARTMENT FOR STUFFING THE CONTAINOR IN MANUFACTURER PREMISES.

THANKS

inspection of export cargo can be done 1) at port or 2) at factory of manufacture, where the later is factory stuffing, and inspection is done by excise department on behalf of customs.

whose premises is the OUR premises?

if its manufacturer, then range officer of manufacturer

if its dealer , then the range officer of dealer

manufacturer or merchant exporter is not entitled to supervise the export cargo sealing and inspection in case of clearance to merchant exporter. though manufacturer exporter has vested power to supervise the export cargo to be exported by self.

DEAR SIR,

OUR PREMISES MEANS WE ARE MANUFACTURER AND WANT TO SALE TRADING GOODS AGAINST CT-1 WITH OUR(MANUFACTURER) PREMISES WITH STUFFING OF CONTAINOR. NOW WE WILL BE CONSIDER A MERCHANT EXPORTER. CAN WE SALE TRADING GOODS AS MERCHANT EXPORTER WITH STUFFING.

are you manufacturer of trading goods ? obviously NO , then you are just exporter

you intend to export the "inputs" as it bought in basis, without payment of duty ........... ( i thinbk its correct)

you can do the container stuffing at your factory, under supervision of your range officer.

if you are intending to claim duty drawback or any claim from customs then produce shipping bills to range officer at the time of stuffing and sealing, otherwise only export invoice + ARE-1 is needed, alongwith copy of CT-1

Yes you are right sir. What is the  Any legal formalaty for custom and excise point of you in this regard.

thanks

I am intend to export the "inputs" as it bought in basis, without payment of duty. Now I will raise our invoice with value addition. What will be the amount and duty mention in ARE-1 whether it is supplier value and duty or Merchant Exporter value and duty.

Pl. advice.
