1. Is there any exemption of excise duty on goods sold to power projects ?
If yes, can manufacturer of this goods take the input tax credit on the goods sold to power projects ?
2. Is there any exemption of sales tax on goods sold to power projects?

Certain goods are exempted from the levy of excise duty if supplied to MEGA power project - all the condtition should be fullfilled of Notification No.06/2006-CE dtd.01.03.2003 -
