Excise duty claim

I purchase Goods with Exise Duty paid and I sell the same to the Exporter (Local Logistical Company) without Excise Duty in the Invoice, as the Buyer has Annexure (Removal of Goods at concessional Rate of Duty for Manufacture of Excisable Goods) for the Materials.

What is the procedure to claim Excise Duty that has been paid during Purchase of Goods. Is there any possiblity to Claim that Excise Duty Amount and what is the Rule ???

a trader is not eligible to transact on this ground, if you have to supplyu to EOU/SEZ then procure goods from factyory without payment,

once the duty is paid, u have to pass on the duty to SEZ/EOU and they will claim rebate of same.

instead a manufacturer has options to remove goods without duty for eou/sez without payment under B-1/LUT

what are the Excise duty percentage are claimable in manufacturing industry Excise Duty -12 % Edu Cess - 2 % Sec Edu Cess - 1 % And also pls let me know is VAT / CST is claimable

The rebate claim can be filed with Maritime Commissioner as per section 11B of CEA, claim must be filed within one year from date of export. Rebate claim can also be lodged with jurisdictional Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Central Excise.
