we have separate units and each unit has its own service tax number our one unit has transferred cenvat credit on excise duty to our unit for cenvat utilisation. All invoices are in the name of this transfering unit. They have given us all original invoices and requested to utilise cenvat credit.
can somebody please tell me whether we can utilise said invoices in spite of the fact that all invoices are in the name of second unit which has separate service tax registration number.
