@ mihir .can u pls give the details of the notification (like..Notifiction date, No, issuing Authority, related Subject..). Do u ve any information regarding the notification mentioning  the date from which the new tariff rates are coming to effect.

THE NEW EXCISE RATE WILL BE EFFECTIVE AFTER MIDNIGHT 16-17/03.2012.
