Excise bill info needed for import item

We have imported material. We are registered with aces as dealers. We have import no. also. In the bill of entry there are some categories/ components that I am listing below.
Price                                            : 1000/- (suppose)
BCD @ 10% (custom duty rate)     :   100/-
CVD @ 12% (Excise Duty Rate)     :   132/-
Cust Edu Cess @ 2%                    :       4/64
Cust Sec & Hr Edu Cess @ 1%      :       2/32
Addl Duty - (Imports) @ 4%            :      49/56
1288/52 (figures are for example only)

We purchased four items and all are charged at the same rate for all the items.

My Query:

1. Do I also need to pass CVD item wise?
2. Do I need to pass Basic Customs Duty too or Do I need to adjust it in the cost?
3. Do I get some part of BCD or addl duty as refund or is it my cost totally?
4. Is there any incentive on importing from the government which we can claim?
5. Do I need to make a separate bill for all the four items or can I make a single bill with or without showing each component for each item sepaarately?

Thanks Mr Anandan for clarifying my doubts to great extent but can additional duty benefit as you said be passed or as my client said that since this is equivalent to VAT so it can't be passed. In that case, can we take the benefit against local sales VAT?

@ Jagdish;

1. Do I also need to pass CVD item wise? Yes you need to pass CVD item wise.

2. Do I need to pass Basic Customs Duty too or Do I need to adjust it in the cost? Its your cost. It can't be passed to buyer.

3. Do I get some part of BCD or addl duty as refund or is it my cost totally? I don't think you will get refund, its you cost, else it should have been (benefit\refund) given while calculating your duty liability . Please wait for experts comments.

4. Is there any incentive on importing from the government which we can claim? No idea.

5. Do I need to make a separate bill for all the four items or can I make a single bill with or without showing each component for each item sepaarately?. If you are selling all the four items, with full qty to single party, then you can pass on the excise duty (12% + 4%) under single invoice. For eg. you import 4 units of say ABC and you are selling the 3 unit of ABC to Mr.Anand and 1 units to say Mr.Shiva, then the duty will be split in 3:1 ratio and you need to pass the duty of 3 units to Mr.Anand and duty of 1 unit to Mr.Shiva.

Hope my reply will help to clear your doubt to some extend. Iam not an expert, but shared the details to the best of my experience and knowledge.

Wait to experts opinions.

Thanks and Regards
