Excisable goods removed to sez unit
We are a manufacturer of excisable goods now we want to sale goods to a customer which is in SEZ so what is the procedure for the same. kindly share

The goods should be cleared on ARE-1 under LUT/BOND. This may treat as export goods.
Please see notn no. 58/2003 DATED 22.07.2003
