If we have made excess payment in one enterprise . Can we utilised these excess amount challan for any shortfall of another enterprises by requesting to range officer these challan wrongly fill up against another enterprise .

it is not possiable.
Apply for refund immeidately in concenr where excess paid and pay the shortfall in the other to avoid interest.
