I was paid Excess paid ST in May-13 but I am not adjust in Jun-13 I want to Adjust in Sep-13 ST Payment is this possible. Please Tell its Urgent
My Status is Company Payment Mode is Monthly

The Rule says that such adjustment can be done only in subsequent month or quarter[Rule 6(4) 0f ST Rules ,1994].
