plz check replies to my query at https://www.caclubindia.com/forum/whether-eligible-for-any-leave--134654.asp

Total number of working days (365*3.5 ) = 1278

Less : Leaves                                                 = 483

Total Period served                                        = 795

Leaves Allowed ( 1/6 of 795 )                       = 133

Excess Leaves ( 483 -133 )                          = 350

This is correct method of calculating the excess leaves....... as per guidelines of ICAI..

its confirmed...

find the calculation of ur excess leave..

ANKUSH HAS RIGHTLY MENTIONED THE PROCEDURE ADOPTED BY ICAI OFFICIALS FOR CALCULATION OF LEAVES

Arey but those 468 days are including 180 days yaar...can ne one give me the idea of reducing the total excess leave to nine mnths or ninen half mnths
u did not mention about 468 days anywhere ? now whts that ? see ankush has clearly clarified the calculation of leave the same will be done by icai as well the icai allows leave = 1/6th of (total period of articleship - total leaves taken ) this figure shud be deducted from total leaves already taken by you the figure which remains is the excess leave which has to be served by you by filling form 107

on a curious note! how you managed to get sooooo many days of leave! its practicaly 35% of your articleship!
