My articleship completion date = 21/02/2015
I have submitted my completion of articleship form on the above mentioned date. I worked upto 31/03/2015 on request of my Principle. On 01/04/2015 I took a job at a reputed company(Institute Campus) On 04/04/2015 I recieved a letter from the institute stating i have 23 days excess leave. I was unaware that i had excess leave and hence am wondering what to do next. My principle has refused to sign form 107 even though i have completed additional month of articleship training. He wants me to leave my job and return to him for 23 days again. I cannot leave my job. Kindly guide me on how to solve this issue
