Thanks for your replies and help! I understand both English and Hindi well, the only reason for asking that question again to Mr. Raja was to ensure that I have understood him correctly. GST is a fairly new concept and for a layman like me, it gets extremely difficult to comprehend techincal terms. When it comes to compliance and tax payment, it's always better to be safe than sorry. Hope you understand.
