Exception for LTCG under Sect 54F

Can one take benefit under section 54F by investing LTCG from sale of Land by buying two Residential properties where the assessee does not own any Residential property till now.

54f allows only one house. hence you have to only purchase one house.

in case u r purchasing flat, you may purchase two adjoining flats and break the wall to create a single big flat. in such case you can claim 54f
