Hi,
Is the excel utility for Form 3CB - 3CD been removed from the incometax website. I could fine only a tool for the same and that too, it is not ready for 2013 and only pops up 2012 in Form 3CB. Any body experiencing similar difficulties ??

I am also facing the same problem there is no option to download any of the form which has to be Filed by a CA in his professional capacity in www.incometaxindia efiling.gov.in
Somebody has found a solution for this - A new utility is available. Pl refer to the thread below:
