in Excel Utility PART-B TI TTI
the tax at normal rates is not changing even after changing income.
that is once the utility calculated tax it's not changing.
how to resolve this issue

Either try jason utility for regular ITR, 1 to 4
Or for updated ITR or others, if you find the difficulty, file complaint under Grievances...
