why still excel utlity for itr 4 is not released by income tax and whether it will be released in future pls tell...
I m frustrated with java utility not able to file.. any body give instructions to file java utility ...

hi thanks for the reply. i have downloaded the itr4 java utility in that there is read me file i m not able to understand that file ...they are saying to Double click ITR.bat and my form is opening with that ..though it is also opening by not double clicking ITR.bat also....why so? and pls tell whether i should double click ITR.bat or not ?

you can open it the either way.... no need to only double click itr.bat
