you can take the help of Pivot table, to extract the desired details from the datasheet.

Apply "FILTERS" in the cell , right click the "Particulars" tab and then select filters.. u can then select any one company from the dropbox and you will get all the individual purchases from that party,

P.S you "AMT" is not correct, in some place the amount is inserted in a way which excel doesnt recognize and hence you sum total will come wron.. so correct that!

I have added Subtotal Formula. ( I have highlighted with Yellow Color).

This subtotal formula will give purchase details of the individual.

Formula of Subtotal =Subtotal(9,select the range)
