Excel data

Can you post the excel data file, if there isn't anything sensitive...

 Please find the attached Excel file.

• Select the table
• Data -> Filter
• Column B drop down icon
• Uncheck ‘Select All’
• Select only ‘Packing Materials’
• Ok

Sir,

  column B Purchase Ledger and Column C is invoice reference number invoice reference sitting in row number 4 if i filter column B inv reference not coming for me  Date, Purchase Ledger, Inv Reference, and Inv value should come in row number 3 or row number 4.

Sorry... overlooked the voucher number column earlier... kindly see the revised file attached... 

Following has been done...

Cut entire voucher number column by clicking on top of the row... paste it in another sheet... remove the topmost blank cell... again cut from there and paste back in the table after clicking on top of the table... that one space issue in every alternate cell will be resolved for filtration... Now you will get the result by filtering the data...

There can be other ways too to resolve this issue... but at present, i could do this way only...
