To some extent yes, we are in ca final. U can creat ur own sentences but at least to some extent it shud be in a standard way. Further it may be depends on mindset of that evaluator's.

Same langugage doesnt mean u need to copy the bare act....

language matters a lot.. and it means... short, precise, and perfect understanding... u should b very practical and standard writing must....

Thank you sir..and please guide me for the format of answers of ca final law and audit..like what should we mention first during writing our answers??

i think for presentation skills, you must study from practice manual and rtp... u wil have a better understanding dear

Okk thank u so much sir..
You must right Ur answer in three parts i.e . first legal position...then correlate the given situation with it and then write the conclusion part....all the best....
Thanks for ur advice..I will do my best in exams ..
I agree with nitish words...give heading..legal position or legal provisions then Analysis then conclusion.
To score good marks in the examination, you ought to present your papers in a lucid, legible and conceptual manner that would entail the examiner to get impressed and award you exemplary marks.
60% you should use the same words of material & 40 % by your own words
Follow practice manual
Text used in law has some meaning attached to it. The purpose is to provide clarification to any probable event in a crystal clear way.context may be specific and whenever interpretation is subjective even the matter reaches courts. Hence students need to understand typical law language and use of said words while writing texts.

i want to know that CPT june 2015 date has changed

not at all... there is no date change announced yet by ICAI
