To some extent yes, we are in ca final. U can creat ur own sentences but at least to some extent it shud be in a standard way. Further it may be depends on mindset of that evaluator's.
You must right Ur answer in three parts i.e . first legal position...then correlate the given situation with it and then write the conclusion part....all the best....
