Examination form problem

in examination form it ask to fill 3 details .

1.Coaching Certificate : module 1 passed but module 2 result awaiting - Undergoing

2.  SIP : i have not registered for it [ESIP] so what option to chose NO or UNDERGOING? NO

3.  computer training : didn't took it yet . NO OR UNDERGOING? NO

i wish to take both modules this june so i need to clear SIP/computer training before exams?

Not required, you can apply for the examination without undergoing SIP or Computer Training.

also module 2 coaching certificate is not issued can i still take module 2 exam and fill the form? 

Yes. You can appear in both modules.

Apply soon as today is the last date without fine for submission of application
