Exam form without office seal

If you are serving last 6 months of your articleship then I think office seal of your principal is required along with his/ her signature.

But if you have completed your articles then any active member signature stating his name & membership number is enough. office seal is not required.

I dont think there will be any issue.... Just relax...... My friend in 2013, had sent the forms without signing the form himself.... So there wasnt any issue.... and just a stamp is a very small deal....

Just for a precaution, u can reprint the form, attach a apology letter and send it to the institute... U may contact e sahatyaa facility of icai as well.. They usually respond within 48 hours...
