Exam form urgnt plz hlp...
i have completed my articleship on 19-08-2014 but in exam form there is requirement of service completion certificate i have submitted my form 108 today so what to do? should I select col.1 in exam form which states u hav cmpltd ur articlshp and attach a lettr of compltion which I dnt hav as now only i submittd form 108 so letter will come in 1 mnth or should I select col.2 which states my articleship is going on and will b compltd on or before 31.08.2014.. plz help.

That page is not compusory to fill and its only needed to be filled when you have registered under direct entry system of graduated students, and I know you haven't registered under it as your articleship is finished.
So, just leave it vacant or send those first two pages.

You should select col. 1 and send to ICAI.
Bt if I select col.1 then no letter of completion
