Exam form requirement

My articleship is over. I am filling exam form for the upcoming final exams. What docs are required along with the print out of the pdf?
Is articleship completion letter sufficient for the purpose?

Fill up the online form by selecting the appropriate category for eligibility.
After that get the form attested by a Chartered Accountant and attach the Attested Copy of Completion letter issued by ICAI to you. Select the appropriate category in the service certificate generated with the Exam form.
Ya but what needs to be sent to ICAI?
As in IPCC we don't need to send any other form except those printed pages, same thing will be there for CA Final too, just send printed and assessted exam form. It will be enough.
