plz tell whether certification of the principal c.a. is needed to prove completion of the 18 months training ( for ca-pcc exam) in the exam-form in the 2nd attempt as well, given that i hav already completed 24 months training???
also, will the certification by principal c.a. b required even if we fill-up the online exam-form???
