Exam form query urgent

Dear Members

I am a student of PCC cleared Group1 and i have also submitted my conversion form for IPC on 08.02.13 to appear in May'13 but the online exam form is not letting me create my login id it flaashes an error like this "Registration No. and Date of Birth you have entered doesn't match with our records.However you may submit the details as Provisional Candidate". I contacted the Institute but no proper reply please let me know if i fill provisional online form what details will be required to submit i came to know that Registration Letter will be required but i have registration letter of PCC only. Will that only required or any other details will also be required. Please clarify since last date is 27.02.13 and i have approx 1 week.

@ who is your favourite actor thanks for your reply please tell me have you submitted the exam form to the institute and is there any other details in the exam form asked or is it same as it was earlier i m asking this since we r submitting as a provisional candidate.

Sudarshan,

Please ensure you have filled in the correct Registration number.

For example - Id - CRO0230520-IPC

Make sure that you have written '-IPC' at the end of your Registration number while trying to log in.
I'm specially mentioning it because I have made this mistake while trying to login.

P.S. I was an erstwhile PCC student as well. I posted my Conversion form on 8th Feb. I filled my exam application on 18th Feb.
