I have submitted form 108 but I have not received termination letter. I have received mail from ICAI to submit revised form 108. Kindly guide me which declaration I should submit during filling exam form.

go and ask your Nearby ICAI institute about that they will clarify you about this.

I live in a place where there is no institute. I have called several times to Kanpur Institute but they are not picking my call.

Leave not allowed during extension, so you need to submit revised form 108
