Can we deposit the printout from online procedure by hand delivery at RO or we have to cumpulsory pos t it

i asked this bcoz the postal system is not so much reliable. In the instruction it's written to DO NOT FOLD but in SPEED POST its not assured that they deliver it in same condition.

please help...can we deliver it by hand in the institute....is the institute accepting it...??
