have you tried copying the whole thing and pasting it in word?????

Copying in Word doesn't help . The entire layout gets changed that way .

I am planning to take the printout as it is on A4 and post it .

Do following steps to set the proper margine: (No need to go to Adobe reader all we have to do it itself in internet explorer)

1) when ur form is completely filled up and u want to take the printout then

GO TO - TOP LEFT CORNER OF THE SCREEN:

File >> PAGE SET UP >>

                                        choose Paper = A4

                                        Select orientation = Landscape

                                        Set the margins as mentioed Left, right, top and bottom there.

Click OK

Then click print.

Thats all.

If u dont have printer at ur home, just install a virtual printer from "DO PDF" (search on google, u will find it) and make a virtual printout document later on u can take the hard copy at any time.
