Dear Friends, I have received Exam form of PCC, In that only OMR form is there . Previously there wrere one OMR form and one other form in which Passing details of CPT,ITT and Other details of Articleship were there. My doubt is where there is change in this time or I have received incomplete form. Please reply. Thanks and regards
we have to fill the OMR only. They have not asked any other detais as we did in the earlier forms.

Please tell me whether my principal signature is required or i can take signature of any gazetted officer because i have taken leave for my study and presently in different city.
Please also guide me ,whether only omr form we have to submit because no other form has been supplied alongwith exam form this time.
