Exam Fever

11 March 2018Things are probably manageable right now and my preparation is going fine. However there is this constant anxiety which takes only a few seconds to pop up and make me feel restless. I push myself and try to take my mind off it and just study, but it keeps creeping in again and again. I enjoy studying but I don't want this anxiety to make this exam prep a torturous experience.
Is there anyone else who is feeling the same ? Also, being stressed a little is one thing but constant anxiety is another.
Anyone who's been through this phase and can provide any sort of advice ?
I'm appearing for my a first attempt and for both the groups this May :)
