exam fee
Anybody please help me I paid exam fee , my transaction is failed but money is debited from my card what can I do now? Is there any chances of refund within one week instead of 45 days

You have to pay again.
And with regards to refund, refund procedure will be done once examination window closes.

sir we have to use same debit card for payment of exam fee to claim refund
Not required. You can use internet banking to save bank charges if any. Refund is based on transaction reference number
I don't want to take risk again so I want to pay exam fee through the card of net shop owners

my payment has been deducted two times can u suggest to whom should I apply for refund and how do I make payment......it's showing Unauthorized Card

ICAI will process back your refund automatically based on transaction reference number from which the account has been debited.

sir is there is no use to ask bank personnels to refund the amount???
U get the refund within 1 week itself.. Don't worry
