thanks for your reply , actually I had visa debit card of nationalize bank but it was expire in 2016 & my bank issued a rupay card & some people said me that it is equivalent to visa debit card so now what do I do.
try freecharge virtual card
rupay card is not an visa card. its first indian card mostly issued by andhra bank
free charge issues virtual master card from yes bank
thanks my card is of UBI.
rupay card is not accepted by ICAI
