Can a CA Final student claim any exam exemptions in CS or CMA or Cost Accountants course of prof degree

CMA and cost accountant are one and the same and no, currently there is no such agreement between ICAI and other insitutions although there are such exemptions available between ICSI and ICMAI.
Sir, i was informed that...Executive level in CS..is exempted for CA students who have cleared IPCC... Was that wrong.??
