Manish, whose registered place of business is delhi, supplies Rental and Leasing of machinery Equipment services (SAC CODE 9973) for the event in Gurgoan  to Rajesh  whose registered place of business is Hyderabad, Telangana.   In your case, e-WAY bill issued by the registered supplier from Delhi to Gurgoan because your place of event at Gurgoan  AND GOODS RETURN AFTER EVENT COMPLETED. then also issue e-Way Bill from event location at Gaugoan.
