MY PROBLEM REGARDING EAWAYBILL, PLEASE FIND BELOW THE QUERY:

FOR EXAMPLE
Manish, whose registered place of business is delhi, supplies Rental and Leasing of machinery Equipment services (SAC CODE 9973) for the event in Gurgoan to Rajesh whose registered place of business is Hyderabad, Telangana.

I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW EWAYBILL GENERATED IN THIS CASE OF GOODS PROVIDED ON RENTAL PURPOSE . AND GOODS RETURN AFTER EVENT COMPLETED . HOW THE VALUE OF EQUIPMENT SHOW IN CASE,.

IS MANDATORY TO GENERATED EWAYBILL IN THIS CASE?

Manish, whose registered place of business is delhi, supplies Rental and Leasing of machinery Equipment services (SAC CODE 9973) for the event in Gurgoan to Rajesh whose registered place of business is Hyderabad, Telangana. In your case, e-WAY bill issued by the registered supplier from Delhi to Gurgoan because your place of event at Gurgoan AND GOODS RETURN AFTER EVENT COMPLETED. then also issue e-Way Bill from event location at Gaugoan.
