do we require ewaybill for multiple invoices less than 50000 but where gross value of such invoices exceeds from 50000 which is ewaybill limit ....?
example
a purchaser buy goods from supplier A , B ,C and invoices are issued from different suppliers having value 25000 , 18000 and 30000 ...... these invoices are sent to transporter for transportation of goods ....there can be two cases for goods booking at transporter end point
case 1 :when transporter issue a common booking receipt for all 3 invoices and gross value of invoices exceeds from 50000
case 2: when transporter issue individual booking receipt for each invoice separately ....
in which case ewaybill is required to generate .....
