Dear advisors,
we import goods from China and it's reached Chennai sea. we paid all custom duty and GST. now the goods is coming from VRL logistic, Chennai to VRL logistic, hosur. kindly note both logistic are located in same state. even company also located in the same state, mean within tamilnadu.
my question is, who should rise ewaybill by company or logistic or no need to rise Ewaybill because, the supply movement is intrastate, mean within state.
please advise/suggestions as soon as possible.

Check-In Tamilnadu E-Way Bill applicable
If Applicable and Invoice Value More than Rs. 50K
You need to rise E- Way Bill
Co. has to raise the Eway bill or Co. can fill part A , can axk to logistic (Tranporter) to Generate eway bill by filling Part B
