hard copy of ewaybill is mandatory with invoice or not if we have written ewaybill no. on invoice

mentioning electronically generated eway bill no in Invoice serve the purpose. No need to have print out of e way bill.

As per circular 41/15/2018

A person incharge of conveyance shall carry a copy of the e-way bill in physical form or the e-way
bill number in electronic form.

No, e-Way Bill print or even QR code is not mandatory to be carried out with the Invoice.

Only e-Way Bill number printed on Invoice is sufficient. Even having valid eWay Bill number in form of sms or eWay Bill number
In any form is okay.
