IF CONSIGNMENT VALUE IS MORE THAN RS 50K 

Eway bill not mandatory within 10 km but invoice value should be less than Rs 50,000.

there is no relaxation of distance in E-way bill , if value exceeds 50k, & the movement is via motorized conveyance E-way is compulsory

Note: If goods are moving to Transporter place with in state for further delivery , one can generate only A part & can move his goods , the distance should be not more then 50km (earlier it was 10km)
