is their any provision that if the distance is less than 50 km than no ewaybill Is required to be generated....

DISTANCE LESS THAN 10 KMS NOT 50 KMS .
IF DISTANCE IS LESS THAN 10 KMS EVEN THE CONSIGNMENT VALUE IS MORE THAN 50,000 SO NO E WAY BILL IS REQUIRED
Sir , distance of 10 km is replace by 50 km , only for when goods are being send to transporter address for further delivery , even though the supplier has to fill the A part of Eway bill , & Transport vehicle no. is to be update by Transporter, & generate the eway bill for the same
