I am purchasing capital good from registered gst holder Punjab and iam registered gst holder from Telangana do I need to generate ewaybill for this ??

yes, you have to generated e- waybill. but due to some technical issues it postponed.
we are transporting our own capital goods to other state for doing some activities.whether we have to generate e way bill?
