What to do in case goods were not dispatched and eway bill not cancelled within 24 hours of generation ?

Ask recepient to cancel E-way bill .
At recepient end it can be cancel within 72hr
At recepient end it can be cancel within 72hr

I don't think department accept it because they had given option to cancel with 24 hours. The party has failed to do so.
Department does not accept excuses. They may assess the evadsion of tax.
