eway bill requirement
if the delivery place distance is less then 50km then eway bill is compulsory or not

Hi,
In issue of way bill distance is not an issue, Important thing is Invoice value is more than 50000/- we need to issue the waybill.
yes e way bill required 50 km concept is relevant where goods are transported for further transport within the same state then detail in part b of form ewb 01 is not required
There is no such rexlation of distance in Eway bill , if consignment value exceed to 50k, move by Motorised conveyance , eway is mandatory.
if a purchaser visit seller primises himself and buy some goods and take them at his own premises more than 50K . eway bill mandatory in this case also?
