if a personal vehicle owner (who Is a owner cum driver of his vehicle) carrying goods of 5-6 parties in his vehicle at a time, and the value of each party's material is less then 50000 but the total material in the vehicle is about 100000 or more.
in that case ewaybill required or not or the government agecies will treat vehicle owner as a transporter and ask him transporter ewaybill

E-way bill is not required since the value of each party does not exceed Rs.50,000/-.
