eway bill required r not for repair the machine

Dear sir

please confirm ,
One machine value above 50000/- we have to send for repair one State (Maharashtra) to other state (Telangana) and back .

only for repair work and should be return back to same location.

please confirm what documents required. and e-way bill required

by road vrl through only machine moveing.
