suppose if I m sending goods of two different recipient in same vehicle of 40000 each ,that is total value of goods in vehicle would be 80000.shall I have to make e-way bill or not?

You don't have to make as supplier but consolidated e way bill by transporter

That means first transporter make two e-way bills and consolidate ki at his end ?
