eway bill query
sir is there any need for eway bill if the total value of more than one consignment in a vechicle is more than 50000? and if yes then the eway bill will be generated to all the consignment bills if all bill amount less than rs.50000???

The Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council, in its 26th meeting held there is no requirement to generate e-way bill where an individual consignment value is less than Rs 50000/-or 100000/ in a single vehicle.
IF CONSIGNMENT VALUE MORE THAN 50,000
AND FOR DELHI (INTRA) LIMIT IS 1,00,000
As per notification 15/2018 CT
clause 7, if In one Conveyance the E-way bill will be generated only for those invoices whose consignment value exceeds 50k
